OLWC Holds First Formal Board Meeting

Old Line Wiffle Club, Inc. held its first formal meeting of the Board of Directors tonight, December 17th.

The Board of Directors took the following actions:

  1. Adopted the organizational bylaws;

  2. Elected the Jim Braswell, Jeremy Davis, Craig Gajewski, Brian Griffiths and Scott Shaffer as Directors;

  3. Elected the following officers:
    1. Chairman: Brian Griffiths
    2. Vice-Chairman: Jim Braswell
    3. Treasurer: Craig Gajewski
    4. Secretary: Scott Shaffer

  4. Adopted gameplay rules.

  5. Adopted League Rules.
The Board will meet again in January to continue preparation for the Old Line Wiffle League's inaugural season in 2021.

The Old Line Wiffle® Club was formed earlier this year. The Club participated in its first tournament in October, playing in the United Wiffle®ball National Championship tournament in York, PA. The Old Line Wiffle® Club is currently filing to become a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation for the purposes of promoting the Old Line Wiffle® League, playing in competitive national tournaments, and promoting the growth of Wiffle® Ball.

Old Line Wiffle® Club and the Old Line Wiffle® League are not affiliated with The Wiffle® Ball, Inc.
